6800 Flatcar with Airplane
Introduced in 1957, the 6800 brought aviation fun to Lionel layouts. Because of the design of the airplane tooling, two variations of this car were on the shelves of dealers at the same time. One version had the plane with a black top and yellow bottom, while the other was reversed - yellow on top, black on the bottom. Using the same tool that Lionel did in 1957, this modern version offers the same variety of the original. Be sure to look for both!
