Instructions

You MUST cut your existing damaged box on the end that has the product number printed on it and return that box end to Lionel, 6655 Seville Dr, Canfield, OH 44406 with the RA number (that you will receive when you click SUBMIT) clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. When the package is received and the box ends have been confirmed your replacement box order will be shipped via UPS Ground to the address you provide to the right. A copy of your receipt is NOT required for this replacement offer.

Please provide a valid UPS shipping address to the right, Lionel will not be held responsible if you furnish an address undeliverable by UPS. You MUST send in the box end as proof that you have the set box that needs replaced. If the box end is not received for any box that is registered for, that box will NOT be included in your order.
