Lionel was recently awarded a Certificate of Recognition from Toy Insider
for its Hogwarts Express LionChief Set for the Top Holiday Toys of 2016.
The awards are given for “filling children’s lives with toys that are
creative, fun and will provide hours of happiness.”
Hogwarts LionChief™ Train Set, 6-83620, was featured in the 2016 Ready-to-Run
catalog and is based on the train from the Harry Potter series.
The O-Gauge train features a 4-6-0 steam locomotive and tender along with
two passenger coaches and a combination car. Included in the set are also a
LionChief remote, wall pack power supply, as well as FasTrack track sections.
The locomotive features an operating headlight, interior lighting, puffing
smoke and a variety of sounds including announcements, chuffing and bell
noises.
