Customer Service. This year’s Open House will feature:

- Tours of the Lionel Customer Service Facilities, see where your trains are serviced, tested and our extensive inventory of service parts
- Two large operating train layouts
- Mini-clinics on servicing your Lionel products
- Legacy product demonstrations
- Complimentary 50% discount on all Lionel Service Part Orders the day of the Open House (offer extended to on?line orders August 17th through August 18th)**
- A large selection of Lionel products on sale the day of the event
- Hourly drawings for great prizes
- Grand Prize drawing for a Lionel Vision Line Locomotive (must be present to enter this drawing)
