New York Central Modern Boxcar #45725
Offered in two of your favorite road names, these unique double door boxcars can be pulled by any number of Lionel locomotives. The bold graphics of the C&O back their promise of "For Progress," while the creative New York Central design incorporates the early bird on his way to delivering freight "fast." C&O 6054 was the first in a series of three new boxcars for the company, and NYC 45725 was put into service in 1957. Both had capacities of 100,000 pounds.
