Nearly 1,000 General Motors GP-30 diesels were built in the early 1960s, serving on rails around the country. New for 2004, the TMCC-equipped Lionel GP-30 is available in Alaska Railroad livery. With many separately parts and detailed Blomberg trucks, the scale-sized Lionel GP-30 continues to set the standard for O gauge diesels.
